Cancellation Policy

Shore Club Wellness No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy At Shore Club Wellness, we value our clients’ time and our therapists’ commitment to providing the highest quality of care. To maintain fairness to all clients and to optimize appointment availability, we have implemented the following no-show and late cancellation policy for Registered Massage Therapy services: 1. No-Show Policy • If a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show. • For no-show appointments, clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. This charge is non-refundable and will be required prior to booking any future appointments. 2. Late Cancellation Policy • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee. This fee must be settled before the client can book their next session. 3. Arriving Late • Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened session to accommodate the next scheduled appointment. The full service fee will apply. 4. Exceptional Circumstances • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. In such cases, please inform us as soon as possible, and we may be able to waive the no-show or late cancellation fee at our discretion.
